I just had this weird realisation that the way I feel about depends completely on other people. Like, I rely on getting compliments and stuff to feel good about myself because otherwise I just feel crap. Even then when I get a compliment the good feeling hardly lasts before I’m thinking about all the bad things that have been said about my appearance again....
